`quilt-patch-uses-dpatch-placeholder`

This quilt patch file uses dpatch-specific placeholders like the #!/bin/sh /usr/share/dpatch/dpatch-run shebang or the @DPATCH@ tag.

dpatch has been deprecated and the corresponding quilt patches should not use dpatch-specific syntax anymore.
