The latest Debian changelog entry has either the same or even an older date as the entry before.
This can result in subtle bugs due to the SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH
environment variable being the same between the older and newer
versions.
The tag is present in Lintian version 2.114.163.
That is the most recent version we know about.
We use semantic versions.
The patch number is a commit step indicator relative to the
2.114.0
release tag in our Git
repository.
