debian-files-list-in-source
Leaving debian/files causes problems for the autobuilders,
since that file will likely include the list of .deb files for another
architecture, which will cause dpkg-buildpackage run by the buildd to fail.
The clean rule for the package should remove this file.

The tag is present in Lintian version 2.114.163.
That is the most recent version we know about.
We use semantic versions.
The patch number is a commit step indicator relative to the
2.114.0
release tag in our Git
repository.
You can find the detection logic for this version at commit ca97c3a. For merge requests, please use the latest version in the Lintian check debian/files.
