W changelog-should-mention-nmu
All reports of changelog-should-mention-nmu for the archive. The extended description of this tag is:
When you NMU a package, that fact should be mentioned on the first line in the changelog entry. Use the words "NMU" or "Non-maintainer upload" (case insensitive).
Maybe you didn't intend this upload to be a NMU, in that case, please doublecheck that the most recent entry in the changelog is byte-for-byte identical to the maintainer or one of the uploaders.
Refer to Debian Developer's Reference section 5.11.3 (Source NMUs must have a new changelog entry) for details.
Severity: normal; Certainty: certain
The package names link to the relevant maintainer page and the corresponding report for the source package. The links go to the full maintainer report page, which includes info and experimental tags and overridden tags, rather than the default page that shows only errors and warnings.
